Caroline Gosling (Missal) is an Edmonton-based private consultant specializing in the creation of welcoming, caring, respectful and safe environments. Caroline is a University of Alberta alumni, earned her Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Portland and is an IIRP Canada certified trainer in Restorative Justice Practices.
Drawing on more than 35 years’ experience as an educator, Caroline has spent time as a teacher, consultant and principal within Edmonton Public Schools, as well as on secondments to both Children’s Services and Alberta Education. Her experiences extend into the community as well, serving as Chair of the Alberta Restorative Justice Association and board member at a variety of not-for-profit organizations including the Hope Foundation of Alberta, SKILLS Society and Zebra Child Protection Centre.
Caroline’s continuing career as a consultant allows her to focus on what she is most passionate about: helping others create environments and solutions that allow all individuals to be their best selves and do their best work.
